      Welcome to my colorful world of art images.  Take a tour through my galleries  of watercolors, acrylics and oils.  I have set no boundaries to my style, always creating a  new image to express my love for art. Today is the day I  am starting to selling my new art Out of the Box Abstract in  hand painted pizza boxes ,for give giving to friends or a gift to your self

                 My name is Gabbie -G born  in Kirkintillock Glasgow Scotland Majored in art at school Self taught. Immigrated to Florida in 1982. I have been painting since I was a child always with a paint brush in one hand .During high school  I was know as the mad artists. After school spent  a few years as a window  designer for a major company in Europe.  Side tracked into becoming an RN, loved it but couldn't 'brush -off" desire to become an artist, killed me to give a  promising career for my inner desires !! to paint  . Always keeping my creative side alive I started a t- shirt  design company while I stayed home with my children                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
                          My  passion is to work with and from nature, portraying it's magnificent colors, lights and shadows and it's abstract form. I love is to paint on large canvas. Uniquely versatile in a wide range of media, acrylic is my favorite as it is flexible and vibrant.  I have a fascination with color, rhythm, movement and  shapes that  I convert to symbolic images. Continuously challenging myself with different styles and techniques.  My greatest joy is to produce paintings that will give piece of mind and beauty to my viewers, a tonic for their soul.  I believe the most exciting thing about being an artist, is that there are no boundaries, except those that you set for your self.          Art to me is like breathing ,without it, I do not exist
